For lunch today, me and my dad made salads. But not just any salads. Asian salads! We started out chopping the vegetables. You can use left over vegetables from breakfast (see “Sautéed Veggies with English Muffins”) Or you can start with new vegetables. These are the ones I used. 1/2 a bunch of Romaine Lettuce. 1/2 large carrot ,1/4 cucumber and 2 green onions. Chop them up and put it in a salad bowl. Next I made the dressing. Mix in Worchicire, Soy sauce, White Rice Vinegar , Toasted Sesame Oil,Salt and Pepper and Ginger Paste. Eyeball all of it to your liking. Mix in sauce to the vegetables and enjoy!
